Organizing and Scheduling Live Online Training Sessions for Volunteers, Staff, and Partners


Objective:
To deliver structured, live online training sessions that prepare SayPro volunteers, staff, and partners for travel related to SayPro events, development projects, and field assignments. These sessions will equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to travel safely, culturally respectfully, and with full awareness of SayPro protocols and expectations.


Course Design Framework

The training will be organized into modular, topic-specific sessions. Each module will focus on key areas such as:

  1. Introduction to SayPro Travel Guidelines
  2. Risk Management & Emergency Preparedness
  3. Health & Wellness During Travel
  4. Cultural Sensitivity & Communication
  5. Travel Insurance & Documentation
  6. Transportation & Logistics Safety
  7. Regional-Specific Advisories & Protocols

Target Audience

  • Volunteers traveling for short-term SayPro initiatives or international missions.
  • Staff Members assigned to regional offices or project sites.
  • Partners & Consultants representing SayPro at forums, field visits, or operational deployments.

Live Session Features

  • Duration: Each live session will be 60–90 minutes.
  • Format: Zoom / Microsoft Teams / Google Meet (depending on region and availability)
  • Facilitators: SayPro Travel & Security Team, External Safety Experts, Local Cultural Consultants
  • Frequency: Monthly and pre-departure; weekly during active project deployment periods.
  • Language Support: Sessions offered in English, French, Arabic, and local languages when needed.
