Vision:
To build a global network of like-minded non-profit organizations working together to address social inequalities, promote human rights, and improve the well-being of vulnerable populations through collective action and shared resources.
Mission:
SayPro’s International Non-Profit Organizations Partnership aims to develop strategic collaborations with international non-profits to strengthen and scale social services, enhance community development efforts, and advocate for positive policy changes. By working together, we aim to drive systemic change and maximize social impact.
Strategic Goals for 2025:
- Expand Global Network of Partners : Establish at least 10 new international partnerships with non-profits that share similar missions and values.
- Collaborative Program Development : Co-develop at least 5 joint programs or initiatives with international non-profit partners that address urgent issues such as education, poverty alleviation, health, and human rights.
- Knowledge Sharing & Capacity Building : Create a knowledge-sharing platform for partners to exchange best practices, resources, and insights into improving community engagement and service delivery.
- Joint Fundraising Initiatives : Launch 3 global fundraising campaigns in partnership with international non-profits, pooling resources to support large-scale initiatives and high-impact programs.
- Advocacy for Global Social Justice : Build collaborative advocacy campaigns with international partners to influence policy and create systemic change on social justice issues affecting marginalized communities.
- Strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability : Ensure transparency and accountability by establishing joint monitoring and evaluation frameworks that track the success and impact of collaborative programs.

12-Month Calendar of Activities and Events for 2025
January
- Annual International Partner Meeting : Host a virtual or in-person strategy meeting to kick off the year with existing and potential new international non-profit partners. Align on goals, priorities, and key areas for collaboration.
- Collaborative Program Development Workshop : Organize a workshop where partners brainstorm and co-develop programs addressing global issues such as access to healthcare, education, and gender equality.
February
- Global Fundraising Campaign Launch : Kick off a joint global fundraising campaign with key international partners to raise funds for a specific project, such as building a community center or supporting disaster relief efforts.
- Quarterly Partner Update : Send out a newsletter to all partners providing an overview of the first quarter’s initiatives, key progress updates, and successes from the collaborative programs.
March
- International Advocacy Webinar : Host a webinar with international partners focused on advocacy strategies for policy reform. Focus on pressing global issues such as climate change, refugees, or human trafficking.
